The Darklite DVD Remote is a compact ion-lithium powered remote for your PS3 with bright backlit buttons for use in the dark. Primary DVD functions are accessed on the top of the remote while secondary functions can slide-out when you need. The remote's receiver connects to the USB port on your PS3 and doubles as a charging station.
I recommend this as a good looking, good functioning remote. There are 3 shortcomings to be aware of, but I think overall this is a great product for what it is. 1. It should have a "power on" button for the PS3 2. It should be bluetooth, not IR 3. It needs either an AC adapter or other means to connect it far away from the PS3. My PS3 sits hidden in my Entertainment center and the included USB cord is too short to get it up to a more accesible area.
