This high definition component-AV cable is compatible with both PS3 and PS2. On PS3 it offers resolution up to 1080i/720p.
I've heard that HDMI cables are the best but my HDTV does not have that input. I went ahead and did some research about other options and I heard about these cables. I was pleasantly surprised to how much better image quality looked and the sound was just as good. I am very satisfied with my purchase would recommend this product if HDMI is not an option for your HDTV. By the way, Im playing on a Playstation 3.
I used these in conjunction with my PS3 and SDTV and it worked great. Much better than crappy composite cables. Now that I use an HDTV with the PS3 and HDMI, I use these component cables with my beloved PS2. How's that for getting your money's worth!
